About Me: 

Gabriele Ligorio has been since november 2012 a PhD student in biorobotics at the BioRobotics Institute of the Scuola Superiore Sant'Anna Pisa. He received the Master degree in Biomedical Engneering with full marks from the University of Pisa, Pisa, Italy in 2012. Currently, he is a visiting scholar at Columbia University, New York, NY, US. His research activities are focused on sensor fusion filtering techniques for human motion estimation by means of inertial and magnetic sensors and vision-based systems.
