About Me: 

Francesca Cecchi (M’08) was born in Pisa, Italy in 1982. She received the Master Degree in BioMedical Engineering at University of Pisa on July 2007 and received the PhD in Biorobotics from the Scuola Superiore Sant’Anna in May 2011. Currently she is a post-doc at the BioRobotics Institute of the Scuola Superiore Sant’Anna and her research field are neurodevelopmental engineering and educational robotics. She is working on the Tuscany Regional Project MechToy and she is the Project Manager of the EU project CareToy (www.caretoy.eu)
